I have this scooter for tow manth with no problem,i dont know where to start i own the x500 scooter also with no problem but the ezip 1000 its way way better stronger and very very comfterbole ride I am 140 ib and i ride with the ezip 1000 16+MPH that relly fill 20MPH i ride with the scooter evry day around 25 mile a day-how evry 10 mile i charge it 2-3 hours no more and then again i ride 10 mile,and i charge it befor the battery starting to be slow this way the charge is very fast i relly anjoy so much the ride much much more then the x500 scooter that i ride it evry day befor i got the ezip 1000 I am teling you buy the ezip 1000 and you be relly happy with it you see,the x500 is bad small whieel no shoks relly relly not comfterbole even though i ride with it with top speed of 17+MPH the ezip 1000 fill faster you see, do you self a favore do not buy the x500 scooter you be not happy with it,NOTE-when its raining out side the ezip back wheel will make noise that you not going to like but it still the best of the best scooter highly highly racoummend it…i bout also one for my friend that he wheit 252ib and the ezip 1000 take hem 15MPH with no problem…I bout from amazon and i got it in the next day thank you amazon

I purchased this scooter from amazon and the shipping was only four dollars and it arrived the day after i bought it. When we first tried to assemble it there was a few problems. We couldn’t get the handle bars in and one of the pieces was welded on wrong. We ended up hiring a handyman to assemble it because it was a little bit deffected. He had to rewire it and the part that was welded on wrong didn’t do any damage. this was not a problem though. I am one of the few people who recieved a deffected one however we got it to work. The average rider will go about 15mph. The first time I rode on this thing i darted away on it with a lot of speed. It has a powerful 1000 watt motor and I weigh aroung 120 pounds and i went about 18-20 mph. THe charge lasts for about 50 minutes to an hour and it can run about 12 miles. This scooter was a great deal for the money. The only downside is that it is very heavy. The last problem isn’t bad though. we recieved the roter for the front wheel a little bit bent so it would make a loud noise because the brake would touch it. We got a new roter from the company easily. Overall i would give the scooter a 5/5 but i would recommend that you get it from a store that had already assembled it.

great product. i had an ezip 750 for ten days. weak,poor braking. this ezip 1000 is great. front and rear disc brakes stop you immediately. the rear suspension works too. my brother has the ezip 750 now. the free shipping was tremendous. i had to cancel my order from another internet source when they wanted 0. amazon`s normal shipping would have been great, free was much,much better!!! thanky you amazon—-aloha

I bought this scooter because I was just riding around to Starbucks and doing basic tricks like bunny hopping over curbs. I’m not using it for pro stuff like going down half pipes and stuff. So If you are just going to use it to ride around I would definatly get a lower level scooter because this cost while the other ones are cheaper.

My grandson loves this scooter. It is really ruggedly built and is well balanced. I guess they no longer make titanium scooters, but this one is made of pretty strong aluminum.

Horrible…Item was never even received!!! – A. Liu –
I ordered a Razor Pro as a Christmas Gift for my sister early December. It’s now 12/28 and order is still not received. I checked the status on amazon thru my iPhone and it says that the status is still “Not Yet Shipped”, then I checked the status on my desktop and it says “SHould have received order already.” I call eSportsonline, the automated message says to press 2 for delivery status, then when I pressed 2, it then tells me that 2 is not a valid option. What a joke of a site. I would give it 0 stars if possible. I’m now going to try to cancel my order, we’ll see how that goes.

I bought two of these for my granbabies (7 & 10) this past holiday season. I could not have imagined what a hit they would be! I purchased this because my puppy chewed threw the original cord. Other replacement chargers I found were and up. So, I was glad to find this for under . I don’t think it charges the scooter as well as the original. The scooter seems not as fast and doesnt go as long. But, , it revived my scooter.

Product advertised as holding weight capacity of 330, but only holds 240 as advertised by the manufacturer. instructions translated into english and incomplete. Company contacted for instructions on how to release brakes and recieved new batteries in the mail instead. Still does not work correctly

I bought 2 of these scooters for my 10 and 11 yr old boys last Christmas. What a LOUSY experience. Ordered the 1st of December and did not receive them until 2 days before Christmas and BOTH scooters had bad batterries and would not operate. Incredibly bad customer service in getting the batteries replaced. They actually made me pay to ship the bad batteries back to them before they would send new ones. Took 10 phone calls and 3 MONTHS to receive the replacements and one of the 2 STILL didn’t work. Bottom line is…one year later and one scooter STILL does not work and never has, the other lasted about 3 months of gentle/mild use before breaking down…..GARBAGE!!! JUST SAY NO!!! I’m buying new RAZOR scooters for my boys this year.

Bought the scooter for my 12 year old son. Although the scooter is rated for 15 mph, it will only go 5 mph with my 100 lb son on it. The handle bars are connected with a single pop out button creating a very loose fit. The on/off switch can not be tightened and slides around the handle bar freely. The manufacture wants us to send the batteries back at out cost to see if one is defective. If the battery is not defective, we will have to send the rest of the bike back at our cost so they can see if anything is defective. After purchase customer support is only available via email and generally takes 24 hours to respond. They have refused to take the scooter back so we are fighting the charge through our credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is a fun new idea on an old favorite, but is it worth the extra price? My kids do love it. I bought two, one for my 6 year old daughter and one for my 5 year old son (different colors of course). They can use it as a regular scooter and push along with their foot, or use the kick bar, which can be a little awkward at first. I should tell you that it does not roll backwards because of the gears and is a little heavier than a regular scooter. My kids don’t seem to have any problems with it and just pivot off the back wheel when they want to flip around. It is well made, very sturdy (I did try it). I found when I kicked the bar I didn’t have great balance but that got better with practice. As for speed, I think it’s the same whether you kick or push. I think regular scooters go a little faster because they are lighter. It has a kick stand so you can stand it up, but I found it to be a unreliable unless it is a very flat surface. Over all I think it was worth the extra cost. It is nice to have the choice of propulsion and I think my kids would have been disappointed with anything else. They were very specific as to which one they wanted for Christmas because it looks cool and is just a little bit different.

Got this for my son for his 6th birthday – he LOVES it! A bit awkward to get the hang of getting his foot on the kick bar, but after about 20 minutes he had it down. It’s very sturdy also – of course Mom had to give it a try! Definitely worth the money.

Got this for my 7 year old son for Christmas. He IMMEDIATELY fell in love. He spent every spare moment riding his scooter, which he felt was so much better than just a boring Razor. Well, guess what? The Razor his brother has had for 7-8 years never broke. He rode the scooter in to the garage to park, picked it up by the handle as always to help pull it into its parking spot, and the handle came out of the fork above the wheel. No big deal, right? WRONG. Now I am a very handy woman, and I have plenty of tools, but between my husband and I we COULD NOT fix this scooter. Called Customer Service, but they were really very unhelpful. Offered to send another set of Allen wrenches and directions. Gee, thanks.
